This procedure is minimally invasive, as Dr. Klein uses clear forms as an add-on technique. He places bonding material matched to the shade of your teeth. The form is placed below the gumline, as he tries to get the natural appearance of the tooth coming up from the gumline and beyond. It appears virtually seamless and it becomes impossible to tell that a gap once existed there.
Our goal is to make a nice tight contact with the adjacent tooth, so that the gums have a nice pink healthy appearance. As well, the bonding material is highly polished with a natural looking lustre that is very smooth.
The benefits are many. Not only is it very cost effective and conservative because you are not involving the rest of the tooth/teeth, but it also looks beautiful!
