We will do all we can to assist you through the often complex and confusing insurance process. We will endeavour to help you get the necessary information regarding your insurance plan. You should have a clear understanding of the proposed treatment and associated fees and costs before any treatment is started. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner.
Dental insurance is a contractual agreement solely between you and your insurance company. Your employer has unilaterally decided the extent of treatment coverage and percentages paid for you under the terms of your plan. Therefore, insurance plans vary widely from patient to patient.
Once you have agreed to proceed, payment is expected at each visit as treatment is provided, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated.

We try our best to run on schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience as emergency cases and various circumstances may lengthen appointment times. We will endeavour to reach you by phone, email or text message, in the rare circumstance this may ensue.
If extensive treatment is required, we can make financial arrangement for payments to be made over a period of time. In addition to cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and direct debit payment.
